Daniel B. Burgess
CEO, Managing Partner

Mr. Burgess is currently the Managing Partner and CEO of TouchPay Holdings, LP. He is also the Managing Partner in Burgess Consulting Group, providing strategic planning and acquisition assistance for various industries. In addition, he is focused on personal investment opportunities including building Going Bonkers, a Family Entertainment Center located in Lewisville, Texas, and raising private equity via the Prodigy Private Equity, LP investment fund.

March 2005 until May 2006 - Mr. Burgess was on the Board of Directors and the Chief Operating Officer of Chasm Industries, Inc., whereby his duties included overall operational responsibilities, business development and acquisition support. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Huntington Alutech, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Superior Forge, an $18 million aluminum forging company based in Huntington Beach, California.

July 1995 until May 2000 - Mr. Burgess held various positions for Metal Management, Inc., one of the largest domestic scrap metal companies in the country. Prior to Metal Management, Mr. Burgess held various management positions in sales, marketing and channel programs for IBM, AT&T and NCR.

Mr. Burgess has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Ronny Park
Executive Vice President

Mr. Park is the Executive Vice President and is responsible for sales and marketing. Mr. Park's background includes 18 years' experience in Sales Management, Business Development and Consulting Services with companies that include Andersen Consulting, Zebra Technologies, Psion Teklogix and LXE which are industry leaders in the manufacturing of data collection hardware, RFID, wireless infrastructure and consulting services. His success in these areas has created many multi-million dollar accounts including American Airlines, Hertz, Boeing, McLane and Sysco Foods. He is also a principal stockholder in RMR Products, Inc., a supply contractor to Wyndham International's managed hotel chain worldwide, and Techas Business Solutions, Inc., a supply contractor of barcode and RFID hardware, supplies and consulting services related to data collection and supply chain automation. He received a BBA in Marketing and Finance at the University of Texas.

Craig Bullard
Founder and President

Mr. Bullard is TouchPay's Founder and President overseeing day-to-day operations. Mr. Bullard has more than 20 years in the electronic payments industry with his primary focus in the correction and government sectors. He specialized in critical operational issues such as sales and new product development and deployment. He is an accomplished marketing executive, having been involved in company start-ups, new product development and marketing for companies such as Aetna, New York Life, National Bank Drafting, Chexpedite and Pier1. He holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
